Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Franklin, VA.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a small-town setting.
Practice Details:
- 1:1 dedicated support by Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Practice located on the campus of Southampton Memorial Hospital
- EPIC EMR system
- Telehealth/evisits via My Chart
- Call 1:2 or 1:6 negotiable - light volume - no hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient
- Average 20 patients per day (after ramp-up period)
- Well-established patient panel - room for growth, too
- All adult/geriatric patient panel
- Currently no in-office procedures - open to it
- Provider should be comfortable with women's health - No OB
- Occasionally precept med students from Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS)
- 3rd Year Residents encouraged to apply
- Qualified candidates will have completed a U.S.-based Residency Program
