You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining vendor details, reviewing and processing invoices, managing financial transactions, and executing monthly statement reconciliations. Additionally, you will contribute to audit preparations by providing essential documentation.

The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Set up and maintain vendor details and electronic payment instructions within appropriate banking and accounting systems.
  • Invoice Processing: Review, process, and route invoices for approval, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation within our internal software.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including running reports for weekly check runs, processing urgent check requests, and initiating manual wires and internal transfer requests in the bank system.
  • Reconciliations: Execute monthly statement reconciliations.
  • Reporting: Generate timely reports for bi-monthly and weekly check runs.
  • Audit Support: Contribute to audit preparations by providing essential documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the homebuilding industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.
