- Report Safety Issues: Immediately report any safety issues or concerns to management to ensure a safe working environment.
- Promote Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve team goals.
- Maintain Vehicle Care: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures for vehicle care and operation.
- Minimum 1 Year of Automotive Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate company vehicles.
- High School Diploma or GED: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE Certification: Preferred but not required.
