About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vertical & Horizontal Milling Machinist to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating technologically advanced CNC machine tools to create complex parts from various metals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machine tools, including vertical mills, horizontal mills, lathes, and cylindrical grinders, to produce high-tolerance parts.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to manufacture parts and equipment.
  • Work with a high-performing team to meet customer delivery needs and maximize asset utilization.
  • Perform tasks that require standing, occasional sitting, and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts.
  • Related technical diploma and/or 3+ years of experience working with CAM software and G-Code.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment assessment, drug screening, background check, and DMV check.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, occasional sitting, and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.

  • Competitive compensation with a starting range wage of $27.06 - $31.87, including time and a half over 40 hours and double-time on Sundays.
