We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
  • Provide light household cleaning and chores, and other daily care required
  • Support clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and bathroom assistance needs
  • Perform range of motion exercises
  • Transfer clients with the use of mechanical lifting devices

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • One year work experience in a related field (paid training provided)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training or one year caregiving experience (we will train you)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
