IT Support Specialist for Radiology Systems

Northern Light Radiology Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Desktop & Network Support Engineer with expertise in radiology systems and applications. Our organization is a thriving, hospital-based Medical Management firm committed to teamwork and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
- Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, particularly with radiology systems and applications.
- Preferred certifications include A+, Security+, Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Endpoint Central is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PACS, Voice Recognition, and AI tools is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in configuring, deploying, and supporting routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Proficient in engineering and troubleshooting network issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of desktop, mobile, and peripheral problems.
- Moderate to high-level experience with all Microsoft OS platforms, MS 365 Web-Based Apps, and MS 365 Admin Centers, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Security, and Compliance.
- Moderate to high-level experience with Microsoft Azure Admin Tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for all users across various locations.
- Create new user accounts and ensure appropriate network and application access.
- Configure and ship computer equipment to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Respond to IT requests promptly and professionally.
- Implement solutions based on standards and service level agreements established by management.
- Document work and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Participate in on-call support during evenings and weekends as required.
This position is full-time and offers a structured workweek.
