About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Manager to lead our Digital Experience Cloud Ultimate Success team at Adobe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic planning, support delivery, and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to deliver the Ultimate Success model across strategic, technical, and support motions.
  2. Evaluate and address trends in performance, including customer satisfaction, operating efficiency, and product quality.
  3. Develop and implement customer-specific engagement models, methodologies, and offerings to ensure the adoption of Adobe Digital Experience.
  4. Take a data-driven approach to assessing and addressing customer health needs, value opportunities, and team impact.
  5. Collaborate with Senior Leadership on multi-functional and cross-departmental projects.
  6. Share a clear and compelling vision of our future and align individual, team, organization, and company goals.
  7. Engage in support of the customer and critical issue management.
  8. Develop relationships and interact frequently with customers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of leadership experience, including direct management of teams, in growing Software or SaaS organizations for Enterprise customers; experience in a fast-paced, critically important software support environment.
  2. Strong and proven track record of successfully leading customer relationships centered around technical projects and strong commercial partnerships.
  3. Be an encouraging leader and show success in large-scale transformations. Strong change agent.
  4. Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, run, multi-task, and execute projects multi-functionally.
  5. Self-motivated, accountable, and passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
  6. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills both verbal and written in English. Ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence customers and colleagues at an executive level.
  7. Strong analytical skills to review the health of your business and translate insights into actionable plans.
  8. Ability to collaborate with other senior executives to achieve shared business objectives.
  9. Ability to lead in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse partners.
  10. Possible travel up to 50%.
Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,600 -- $301,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
