We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at IVSS Fontana Inc., a subsidiary of Indorama Ventures.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure strict adherence to all safety guidelines, rules, and regulations established by the company.
- Implement and uphold Plant and Personal Safety Programs and Safe Work Practices.
- Comply with all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Quality and Food Safety guidelines, and EMT/SOPs set forth by the company.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and conduct yourself ethically with coworkers and management.
- Collaborate with plant engineers and management on shutdowns and special projects.
- Comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions and procedures provided by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain the electrical and instrument components/equipment, plant power supplies, and distributions, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability for repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Schedule to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Plan and execute a Predictive Maintenance Schedule to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them.
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and instrumentation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance. A strong understanding of electrical schematics, PLC programming, and control systems is essential.
