Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Registered Nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as medical staff and administrative teams, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident assessments, treatment plans, and medication administration.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
