Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the automotive sector, focusing on supply chain optimization and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will guide project teams through the intricacies of business processes and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee supply chain operations and training initiatives.
  • Conduct supply forecasting to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize Blue Yonder tools, Agile methodologies, and user stories to drive project success.
  • Foster strong relationships with corporate stakeholders to understand user stories and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements and leverage agile techniques for project execution.
  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless project launches.
  • Work closely with internal staff to develop and implement features for supply chain areas, including workflows and automation.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs through effective communication with business owners.
  • Coordinate efforts between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Adhere to IT standards and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in application design, user experience, and data integrity.

Technical Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Experience in functional design and process alignment.
  • Proven track record in business analysis and system development.
  • Familiarity with Software and Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Ability to conduct both Business and Data Analysis as needed.
  • Proficient in navigating systems and querying data from various databases.
  • Capable of producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborating with QA teams on test cases.
  • Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitating their adoption.
  • Comfortable working with both Mainframe and Distributed systems.
  • Preferred experience in supply chain and logistics.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent analytical skills and effective listening abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and application validation.
