Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering human resources policies and procedures, including employee benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Timecard audits and verifications of employment
• Drafting employee communications and maintaining employee files
• Processing garnishments and leaves of absence
• Basic worker's comp administration
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and positive work relationships
• English/Spanish bilingual is a must
