Guitar Center offers an exciting opportunity for skilled Guitar Technicians to join our team. As a Master Guitar Craftsman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Job Summary:**

As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers, service guitars with precision and craftsmanship, maintain store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. You will also have the opportunity to work through our certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store owned gear, as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work

**Salary Estimate:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
