About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Manager to join our team at Hudson Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and supplies to our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subordinates to achieve operational excellence
  • Assist management in covering and running shifts to meet business needs
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of deliveries and inventory management
  • Implement effective product rotation and storage procedures to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of managerial experience in a retail or warehouse environment
  • SAP experience and supply chain/logistics expertise
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and drive a truck safely
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
