Position Overview:
An opportunity is available for a Urology Physician to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected physician will work collaboratively with a dedicated medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication and teamwork.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Includes hospital rounding and a call schedule of 1:4 for weekdays, covering other physicians' patients. Weekend and holiday call will also follow a 1:4 rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with robotic and laparoscopic procedures is advantageous.
Patient Volume:
Average outpatient volume is 5 to 8 patients daily, while inpatient volume ranges from 5 to 10 patients.
Common Conditions Treated:
- Obstruction
- Prostate cancer
- Hematuria
- Urinary incontinence
- Bladder cancer
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Cystoscopy (including PVP, TURBT, bladder biopsy, stent placement)
- Ureteroscopy
- Prostate biopsy
- Robotic prostatectomy
- Laparoscopic nephrectomy/partial nephrectomy
