Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Integrity Web Consulting in St. Louis. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within a marcom, digital marketing, web development, or engagement marketing agency. A strong understanding of web development processes, digital marketing strategies, and campaign execution is required. Experience managing engagement marketing campaigns and event logistics from inception through completion is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing, website development, engagement marketing, and event projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and timelines, including coordination with event logistics teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within a marcom, digital marketing, web development, or engagement marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of web development processes, digital marketing strategies, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing engagement marketing campaigns and event logistics from inception through completion.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and understanding their business objectives, especially in the context of experiential marketing and events.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
