Job Title: VIP Host - Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VIP Host - Guest Experience Ambassador to join our Casino Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the guest journey while on property, coordinating with account development team members on pre-trip and post-trip planning, and exceeding guest expectations through personalized service.

You will execute phone calls daily to drive targeted guest engagement, proactively greet guests on the casino floor, and participate in social events and special promotions. Additionally, you will use sound judgment to make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines, assist with Players Club and Promotions, and handle difficult guest situations in a calm and professional manner.

As a VIP Host - Guest Experience Ambassador, you will maintain close ties with guests to facilitate loyalty, anticipate and respond to their needs, and ensure seamless coordination with other teams to create successful delivery of pre-trip itineraries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent guest service skills, one or more years' experience in a call center or similar position, and previous experience in casino/hotel customer service or account management. You must also be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.
