About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising drop-in hours, managing interns and volunteers, and mentoring youth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate weekly programs, including drop-in hours, intern management, and volunteer supervision.
- Mentor and support youth, fostering a nurturing environment and promoting positive social interactions.
- Participate in event planning, coordination, and execution, including the monthly Rainbow Brunch Event.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop Community Engagement initiatives and maintain key partnerships.
- Utilize Asana for task management and project planning.
- Prepare regular reports on home operations and program evaluations.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring youth and facilitating group discussions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
