Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Redeemer Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

About the Role:

• Provide anesthesia care to patients in a hospital and ambulatory surgery center setting
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in anesthesia care, preferably in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
