Position Summary

Domino's Corporate is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager. This role combines leadership with innovation, efficiency, and excellence in every delivery.

Compensation: $95K+ with a 15% Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Assemble a high-performing logistics team through effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Oversee a team of over 60 CDL Drivers.
  • Facilitate training, coaching, and performance evaluations, and recommend salary adjustments.
  • Address and resolve employee relations challenges.
  • Formulate policies and procedures for the logistics department.
  • Conduct regular safety and team meetings.
  • Evaluate driver and staff performance annually.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop the annual budget for the logistics department for review and approval.
  • Review and authorize payroll for the logistics team.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance standards for the fleet.

Routing and Compliance:

  • Optimize driver schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor route performance to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Review driver camera footage for compliance purposes.
  • Prepare for operational audits throughout the year.

Customer Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships with franchisees, store managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Guide team members in addressing customer service issues.
  • Participate in advisory boards as needed.
  • Assess delivery accessibility for new store locations.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in logistics with a proven track record.

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience with a focus on team development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Commercial Driver's License Class A is advantageous.
  • Availability for a 24-hour operation, including emergency contact duties.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse conditions.
