Job Description:

At ABC Medical, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Urology Territory Manager to join our team. This is a field-based position that requires establishing and building relationships with key urology accounts to achieve sales goals and meet corporate profitability targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell urology products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and meet compliance guidelines
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
  • Travel regularly to visit customers and attend industry events


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other sales software
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
