Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective nursing care plans
- Lead and direct nursing staff to ensure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee development
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care
- One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity
- Competitive hourly rate: $43.00 per hour
