Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and represent the brand through various channels, including events, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Manage the Sprague Storefront, including uniforms, swag, promotional items, and operational collateral.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, taglines, and other visual identity elements.
  • Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide insights for improvements.
  • Manage Sprague's internal resource center (The Hive) and Sprague website for design and functionality.
  • Establish brand guidelines and ensure all company stakeholders are educated and adhere to them.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams to execute brand initiatives effectively.
  • Foster relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role, with a strong portfolio of graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion for design and staying current with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in communications.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, able to communicate complex concepts and risk factors to stakeholders and influence decision making.
  • Ability and aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology necessary for successful day-to-day functioning in a business environment.
