Job Responsibilities

A successful Route Sales Representative is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. This individual must come to work with a neat, professional appearance and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and ensuring product shelf life is maximized by properly rotating the products.

This role requires adaptability and flexibility as RSRs will need to service their accounts during the customer's designated service windows and may need to work non-traditional business hours to complete deliveries.

The successful candidate will use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Sales experience
  • Delivery driver experience
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license and documented safe driving record
  • The ability to meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines and federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
