The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This role involves working closely with a team to manage and prepare documents, conduct research, and provide support during trials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting attorneys with written discovery, summarizing medical records, and preparing trial documents
  • Coordinating case management order discovery and preparing subpoenas
  • Summarizing deposition transcripts and maintaining accurate records

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Paralegal Certificate
  • 1-4+ years of experience in a similar role

Compensation: Salary is based on experience ($70-85K). This is a full-time/hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
