About the Location

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is the leading luxury resort in Central Florida. The Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to provide support in Capa, our Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar. In this role, you will perform in a public relations capacity, promoting Four Seasons and creating a positive first and last impression for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the reception area and entrance in all aspects of stocking and cleanliness
  • Seat guests and parties at the appropriate tables and timeframes
  • Assist department managers with training of new employees as requested
  • Work in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service
Requirements
  • One year of experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment preferred
  • One year of OpenTable/Guest Center experience preferred
Working Knowledge
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operations, menus, price range, and dress code of assigned outlet
  • Comply with Payment Card Industry requirements (PCI Compliance)
  • Be aware of the Company's leadership team and know their extension numbers, locations, and positions
  • Work as a team, assisting all guests' and employees' needs and inquiries
  • Be knowledgeable about opening and closing times for all our outlets at FS Orlando, as well as last order times
  • Be aware of the timing for the daily lighting of all Disney firework shows
  • Be aware of Capa's signature dishes and be able to make basic food and cocktail recommendations to guests
  • Be aware of all reservations policies and be able to make reservations
  • Be aware of all cancellation fees, cake fees, corkage fees, etc.
  • Opening and closing duties
