We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Loyola University Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to our patients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including MI, DKA, Sepsis, Liver Failure, CVA, and Post-surgical vascular procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school/college of nursing.
- Current Illinois Board of Nursing license.
- At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
