Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transportation requirements for customer orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze freight expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Order Processing Coordinator to provide routing and in-transit time for major accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to negotiate rates and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the Logistics team by assisting in the management of shipping documents, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and up to 3 years of experience in transportation management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities, are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite software and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
