At Brownies Towing and Recovery LLC, we're seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service and support to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate tow trucks to transport disabled vehicles, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
- Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists, responding promptly to their needs.
- Evaluate vehicle conditions to determine the most suitable towing methods, prioritizing safety and minimizing damage.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage driven and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of responsibility within the team.
- Hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Possess a clean driving record, reflecting a commitment to safe driving practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain tow trucks and equipment, showcasing mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions, ensuring adaptability and resilience.
- Display excellent customer service skills and professionalism, providing a positive experience for customers.
- Be flexible with work shifts, including on-call duties, demonstrating a willingness to accommodate changing demands.
- Undergo pre-employment drug screening and obtain a DOT Medical Card upon hire, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
