About the Role

As an HVAC Technician at The Essex, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan
  • Conduct system inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
Requirements

To succeed as an HVAC Technician at The Essex, you will need:

  • Valid EPA 608 Certification
  • Heat pump knowledge and experience preferred
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operations
  • Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment
