Job Overview

Waltonen Engineering is seeking a skilled Creo Instructor/Designer to provide expert training and design services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve Creo-related challenges.
  • Design and check 3D models for defense vehicles, utilizing Creo to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Deliver comprehensive course instruction and demonstrations for Creo learners, both in-person and online as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest Creo features, tools, and industry trends to enhance instructional content.
  • Propose innovative class offerings to the Engineering Manager as required.
  • Participate in mandatory orientation and complete all compliance training.
  • Provide instruction and guidance as required, with the flexibility to undertake local travel to support operational needs and ensure the highest standards of Creo training across various locations.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Creo software for design, modeling, and checking.
  • Experience in instructing or training individuals in Creo.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist Detailers and Designers with Creo-related challenges.
  • Aptitude for teaching (onsite or virtual), ensuring a quality learning experience.
  • Demonstrated instructional skills and experience.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to effectively teach technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Willingness to engage in local travel on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to work between 40-60 hours per week based on project demands.
  • Only United States Citizens can be considered.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • An Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
