Front Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly greeting to each member and guest, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Efficiently check members into the gym, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
- Register guests into the gym, providing a comprehensive tour of our facilities and answering questions about membership options
- Assist guests with purchasing new memberships, providing expert guidance and support
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper phone etiquette
- Process retail and concession sales, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Clean and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for all members and guests
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members, ensuring clear and concise communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
