About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
