Automotive Body Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repairer to work closely with our fleet of School Buses at Cheese Bus Inc. As an Automotive Body Repairer, you will thoroughly inspect and evaluate vehicles, and provide accurate and speedy fixes. You will also assist with repairing vehicles, managing multiple repair projects at once, and working closely with coworkers to ensure work is completed properly and on time.
Responsibilities- Inspections and Estimates: Conduct thorough inspections of School Buses and provide accurate estimates for autobody repairs.
- Communication and Customer Service: Maintain strong lines of communication with administration and customers to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair vehicles to the highest standards, adhering to our company's guidelines and insurance regulations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple repair projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with coworkers to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Insurance Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with insurance regulations and ensure compliance in all repair and maintenance activities.
- Qualifications
- Previous Autobody Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in autobody repair, preferably in a school bus setting.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate repairs and maintenance of School Buses.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance guidelines and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
