About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Practices Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex Employment Practices Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate complex Employment Practices Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
  • Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
  • Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 7 or more years of related claims experience and a proven track record of handling complex claims issues at a senior adjuster level.
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of prior experience adjusting claims in the applicable specialty area.
  • Experience in claims as well as the insurance legal and regulatory environment.
