We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Mount Carmel Dublin. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care services to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
**Responsibilities**
- Administer therapeutic procedures and diagnostic tests to patients with respiratory disorders.
- Provide patient education on disease management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct pulmonary function studies and analyze results to diagnose respiratory conditions.
- Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation therapy for critically ill patients.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Current Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License.
- National Board of Respiratory Care credential (RRT or CRT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adult and neonatal respiratory therapy.
