About the Role:
- Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Implement evidence-based interventions to promote functional independence and skill development.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care. Effectively communicate progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.
- Progress Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Demonstrate a commitment to data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Oregon state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
