Job Summary

Tradesmen International is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and prepare roofs for new roofing materials, ensuring a watertight seal.
  • Follow instructions from experienced journeymen on-site, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean and sweep roofs to prepare them for roofing materials, adhering to industry standards.
  • Identify and report worn or torn areas on roofs, ensuring prompt repairs and maintaining roof integrity.
  • Apply roofing felt or asphalt strips as needed, following established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong physical ability to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
