As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with emergency medicine physicians and nurses. About the Role:
• Work in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center environment with patients of varying acuity and complexity
• Collaborate with emergency medicine physicians, nurses, mid-level providers, and administrative staff
• Provide expert nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices in pediatric emergency care

What We Offer:
• Competitive annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
