About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure that all employees provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the branch, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate risks to the business.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including regional managers, HR, and other departments, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
