About the Role:

  • This senior-level restoration specialist will be responsible for supervising unskilled labor, basic-level BELFOR employees, and occasionally sub-contractors in residential settings.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to answer simple questions about projects and know when to defer to more qualified personnel.
  • In addition, the individual will need to maintain equipment used in daily tasks and perform emergency services as needed, such as board-ups and securing buildings against further damage.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff on proper procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and completed work.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential problems and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and expectations.
  • Assist with scope development and estimating.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
