Job Overview

BSB Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the activities of construction and extractive workers.

This is a long-term position with growth opportunities and advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of construction and extractive workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and extractive workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective schedules and workflows.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve project goals.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of highway construction, site work, feedlot, agriculture work, and subgrade preparations.
  • Experience with GPS/Laser in construction field.
  • Ability to perform all requirements of all positions supervised.
  • Prior Supervisor experience required.
  • Good communication skills with crew and management team.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required. CDL preferred.
