About the Role
Are you a bi-lingual individual with strong customer service and sales experience looking to join a dynamic team in Gardner, KS? As a Bilingual Leasing Agent at KDR Services LLC, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet prospective residents and work with current residents to resolve concerns and submit service requests
• Tour the community & vacant apartment homes, knowledge of community floor plans
• Oversee and ensure the accurate completion of application and lease paperwork
• Show and lease apartments
• Take maintenance work orders, as needed.
• Following up on maintenance work orders
• Prepare leases and renewals. Assist the management staff with anything they may need assistance with.

Benefits and Requirements
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, employee housing discount, paid time off, and paid commissions for each new lease. To be successful in this role, you should have high school or equivalent education, dependable transportation, ability to communicate efficiently with residents, prospective residents, and the management team, detail-oriented and organized, and have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,500.
