Shifts: 12 Hours (No Rotating Required): 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Available Shifts: Full Time, Part Time, and PRN.

Sign-On Bonuses:

$10,000 for Full-Time Positions

$5,000 for Part-Time Positions

Good Samaritan Society-Park River is a 60-bed facility offering both skilled and basic care. Our residents are supported by a dedicated team focused on continuity of care. The surrounding community features advanced medical facilities, including clinics and a hospital. Nearby recreational opportunities include world-class fishing and cultural experiences.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and assess care. The RN will demonstrate proficiency and operate within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to age-specific standards as designated in their clinical setting. Responsibilities include preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as resident assessment and education.

The RN may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. This position adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and the standards set forth by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Candidates should maintain required competencies and certifications.
