Mercy is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Medical Surgical Department. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, meeting productivity and financial goals, and collaborating with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care provided by competent co-workers.
- Ensure efficient utilization of available resources to meet productivity and financial goals.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum.
- Proactively involved in patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office.
- Lead by example, inspiring a shared vision and demonstrating the value of change to co-workers.
- Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments.
- Relocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12-month agreement.

- Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
