Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of test plans and scripts for new products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on test plan development for new products
  • Verify scripts from software development teams and provide green lights for deployments
  • Improve test plans and scripts to increase efficiency
  • Maintain reporting tools and websites from test databases
  • Provide technical direction to testing engineering teams
  • Hire and retain top test engineering talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in server, rack, storage, or GPU industries
  • Experience with SMT and knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL required, PHP preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
  • Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis

What We Offer

Hyve Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $94,500-$126,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee growth and development.
