EHS Specialist

About the Role

As an EHS Specialist at B. Braun Medical Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment. This position requires a strong understanding of environmental health and safety principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of programs that detect and prevent fraud, theft, or other illegal behavior by employees or visitors.
• Monitor behavior of employees or visitors on company property and screen guests, packages, deliveries, or vehicles entering or leaving company grounds.
• Investigate allegations of theft, fraud, or other illegal behavior, interview witnesses, and document findings.
• May act as a liaison with external law enforcement departments and provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
• Develop and implement policies or programs meant to promote employee health and safety or environmental compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs educating staff on environmental concerns or health and safety risks found in the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 02-04 years related experience required, including occasional business travel, a valid driver's license, and passport.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules as needed and regular and predictable attendance.
