Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in various finishing techniques to achieve flawless surfaces on a range of projects, from sidewalks and driveways to foundations and floors.
  • Employ hand and power tools to sculpt and refine the concrete, ensuring each surface meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient project completion.
  • Address any imperfections or inconsistencies with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the finished product.
  • Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role is required, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in various finishing techniques, from smooth and sleek to textured and tactile.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, with the ability to identify and address imperfections.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering heavy materials.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Concrete Finishing or a related field is a plus, demonstrating your dedication to your craft and commitment to professional development.

Salary: $22.00-$27.00
