- Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement safe, cost-effective care strategies
- Contribute to the advancement of nursing practice at local, state, and national levels
- Provide education and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- 5 years of experience in a nursing-related field
- Master's degree in nursing required; Doctorate in nursing preferred
- Registered Nurse licensure required; Clinical Nurse Specialist certification required
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; no weekends or call requirements
