Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize food items across various kitchen stations, including pizza, pantry, and fry.
  • Ensure all food items are ready for service, from slicing vegetables to crafting sauces and preparing meats.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff and manage inventory effectively.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Restock supplies and maintain food quality standards throughout service.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and Kitchen Manager to fulfill additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Endurance for long shifts and the ability to remain on your feet.
  • Prior experience in culinary roles, particularly in pizza preparation, is preferred.
