Typical Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational workflows to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Assess workload and delegate tasks to team members.

  • Utilize warehouse management systems proficiently and maintain essential documentation.
  • Establish and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

  • Safely operate various warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Provide assistance and support to warehouse management as needed.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the capability to:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Operate a reach truck or cherry picker to heights exceeding 23 feet.
  • Endure varying temperature conditions in the warehouse.
